qx99 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the qx99 online gaming platform, accessible via qx99.club ("the Website", "the Platform"). These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you, the individual player ("Player", "you", "your"), and qx99 ("qx99", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Website, creating a player account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market offered on qx99, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the qx99 platform and close your account if one has already been opened. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the Terms as they stand at the time of each session.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the qx99 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific rule explicitly states otherwise.

Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event that a translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative text for all legal and interpretative purposes.

Changes to These Terms

qx99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice, save that material changes affecting existing players' rights will be communicated via email to the registered address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of qx99 after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to open and maintain a player account on qx99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are acting as an individual and on your own behalf, not as a representative of any third party or corporate entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a qx99 employee or contractor in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from qx99 or from any partner platform with which qx99 maintains a shared self-exclusion register.
• Your participation in online gaming is not in violation of any local, national, or international law applicable to you personally.

Age Verification

qx99 reserves the right to request age-verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Accounts may be suspended pending satisfactory verification. Any winnings generated during a period of unverified play may be withheld until verification is complete. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source, with no winnings payable.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active qx99 account at any time. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same name or under different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. qx99 reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts detected and to apply adjustments to the balances held across all associated accounts.

Registration Requirements

If any of your registered details change — including your contact email or mobile number — you are responsible for updating them promptly via your account settings or by contacting support. qx99 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Account Credentials

Your qx99 account username and password are personal to you. You must not disclose them to any other person or allow any other person to access your account. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify qx99 support immediately and change your password without delay.

qx99 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to participating Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to your account tier and any limits you have set via our responsible gaming tools.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your qx99 account within seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day to reflect in your account balance.
• All funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business hours during operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Funds can only be withdrawn to a payment method that was previously used to deposit into your account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• qx99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are only permitted once the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• qx99 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which qx99 is not responsible.

Disputed Transactions

If you believe a transaction on your qx99 account is incorrect or unauthorised, you must notify our support team within 30 days of the transaction date. qx99 will investigate the matter and respond within 5 business days. Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for review.

qx99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general conditions and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds issued by qx99 carry a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount associated with the bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before any funds derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms at the time the offer is made.

General Bonus Conditions

• A player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are not transferable between player accounts.

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players only. Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers through coordinated multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or other forms of bonus abuse will have their account suspended and all associated bonuses voided.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL are governed by their own specific terms published at the time of the offer.

Welcome Bonus

New players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the welcome offer terms at the time of their first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositors only, one per household and per payment method. Full terms, including the wagering requirement and eligible games, are published on the promotion page and updated seasonally.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on qx99, you acknowledge and accept the following general rules governing all betting and gaming activity on the platform.

General Betting Rules

• All bets placed on qx99 are final once confirmed. A bet confirmation message will be displayed on screen and recorded in your account transaction history upon successful placement.
• qx99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, bets placed after an event has concluded, or bets that were facilitated by a technical error on the platform.
• Live in-play bets are subject to the odds displayed at the moment of bet placement. qx99 does not guarantee that odds will remain available throughout the entire in-play period of an event.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and will be displayed on the relevant betting interface. These limits may vary by sport, market type, and account tier.

Casino Game Rules

• All casino games on qx99 — including slots, live dealer tables, and virtual table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics audited for fairness by independent third-party testing agencies.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the qx99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of any balance held within it, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant legal authorities.

• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access qx99 if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a person under 18.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one player account on qx99, whether under the same name or different names.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated live casino play.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through multi-accounting, arbitrage wagering, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.
• Money laundering: Using qx99 to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime. qx99 is required to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with games on qx99 on your behalf without prior written authorisation.
• Platform interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the qx99 platform, its servers, or its underlying software.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing language at qx99 support staff or other players via any communication channel on the platform.

qx99 employs risk-management and fraud-detection systems that monitor player activity continuously. Accounts that trigger these systems may be placed under review pending investigation, during which time some or all platform features may be temporarily restricted.

Both qx99 and the Player have the right to close a player account. The circumstances and consequences of closure differ depending on whether it is initiated by the Player or by qx99.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request to close your qx99 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before processing your closure request, qx99 will confirm your identity and ensure that any outstanding wagers have been settled. Any real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.

Self-Exclusion

As part of our responsible gaming commitment, players may request self-exclusion from qx99 for a defined cooling-off period or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to deposit, play, or receive promotional communications from qx99. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the agreed end date will be considered only after a minimum of 7 days and following a cooling-off process designed to protect your wellbeing.

qx99-Initiated Suspension or Closure

qx99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if:

• The player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• The player has provided false or unverifiable identity or age information.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy applies — see below).
• qx99 is required to do so in order to comply with applicable laws or the directives of a competent authority.
• qx99 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for 12 consecutive months. qx99 will make reasonable attempts to contact the registered player before applying the dormant account policy. A dormant account maintenance fee of ৳50 per month may be deducted from the account balance after the initial 12-month inactivity period. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and passing identity verification.
